We can discuss pricing and I can provide a forecast of potential income based on current rental trends and our wealth of experience in reading the New Forest holiday letting market.
Even if your project is still at the planning stage, I can give you a realistic assessment of the suitability of your property for holiday lets and suggest improvements that could increase the rental potential.
We would like to stress that there is absolutely no commitment to New Forest Living until you have proceeded as far as signing our Agency Agreement, after which point we will arrange the photographer, present your property details on our web site and start to market your holiday cottage.
