Location; Mudeford offers safe award wining beaches, the historic quay and ferry over to the sand spit and Henginstbury Head beyond. Offering both beach and sea fishing, boat trips and water sports,combined with easy access to the New Forest and Jurassic coast, this location provides an ideal holiday base.

Bure Brook is an attached property with one parking place and one boat trailer space. Situated alongside the Highcliffe to Mudeford road, screened by a high hedge and shrubs to the front. But a five minute walk to Avon Beach and ten minute walk to Mudeford Quay, the public hard is a two minute drive. This holiday home is within easy walking distance of several good eating establishments and only a ten minute journey in to Christchurch which has a good selection of restaurants and cafe bars. A distance of six miles will bring you to the open spaces of the New Forest at Holmsley. Why not explore the forest villages of Burley & Brockenhurst.

Ground Floor; A very light and attractively presented holiday home, the front door leads in to the hall with ground floor bathroom, with bath & shower over, basin & WC. The dining room has broadband access and seating for four. In the living room there is a wall mounted TV screen with freeview, DVD, & CD. Patio doors out to the garden. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, undercounter fridge with small freezercompartment, washing machine/drier, electric hob & double oven.

First Floor Stairs from the hall lead up to the first floor. There is one double bedroom to the front of the property with 5ft bed a further double bedroom overlooking the garden with a 4ft 6"bed. The sky lights have dark pull down blinds. There is an additional WC with wash basin on this floor.

Outside There is a small rear garden, accessed from the living room patio doors. For parents of young children, it should be noted that there is a brook (with a low fence) that runs alongside the boundary at the bottom of the garden.

The owners regret no pets and request non smoking quests only.
