NOTE; Parents should note that there is a shallow pool located at the end of the garden. This area is fenced off with a gate that allows access. The owners request however, that small children aresupervised whilst playing outside.

Location ; Friday arrival day. An Ideal family holiday home, Dames Cottage is an attached property, set along a private Forestry Commission track, wonderful open vistas, large garden. A haven for wildlife, deer, foxes, owls & buzzards can often be seen from the garden. With miles of open forest to explore, this is the perfect spot for a real country holiday.

Situated about three miles from Burley village, which has a choice of pubs & a resturant. Recreational oppertunities include riding, golf, bike hire & fishing. Highcliffe Castle beach is about a half an hour drive.

Ground floor ; From the gravelled driveway, the entrance opens to a hall that leads straight through to the large kitchen with a dining area. Electric range cooker, dishwasher, micro wave, fridge freezer. A doorway leads to the utility room with WC, washing machine & tumble dryer.

Sitting room, with open log fire, wall mounted flat screen TV, Satilite, DVD, CD

First Floor The Master bedroom is very light and airy with a 5ft bed, ensuite shower room, and balcony with table & chairs for two and lovely views over the fields.

The second double bedroom has a window to the front of the property, and a 4ft 6 " bed.

The third bedroom has a four foot bed with an additional single bed. There is also a recessed shower cubicle within this room.There are views from the window to the front of the property.

Family bathroom, with bath, WC, basin & shower cubicle.

Outside: Parents should note that there is a shallow pool located at the end of the garden. This area is fenced off with a gate that allows access. The owners request however, that small children are supervised whilst playing outside.

The lane to the front of the property is a single track access to the farm at the top of the lane. Although there is no public access to this private lane, there is the occassional passing vehicle or tractor.

Gravelled drive with parking for up to three cars. Garden furniture and parasol, gas BBQ. Stables for storing bikes, push chairs etc. Grassed area for ball games, leading to a fence and gate that leads to a further wild garden with pond.

Bed linen & towels provided, with the exception of cot bedding.

Dog by arrangement only please.(Two small breed dogs are accepted, the first goes free, the second dog is subject to a payment of £20)

The owners strictly request non smokers please.
