Location; Southerly is an end of terrace property, situated in an informal boatyard setting with flexiable accommodation spread over three floors. Enjoying the best of both worlds, a unique coastal holiday home, only moments from the Solent shoreline, yet placed within the New Forest National Park and only six miles to the wandering ponies of the New Forest.

With its creeks and inlets, Keyhaven is a small fishing hamlet and designated nature reserve, perfect for messing about in boats, an idyllic location to explore the coastal paths and to enjoy the panoramic views across to the Isle of Wight and Hurst Castle.

The small passenger ferry leaves Keyhaven harbour for Hurst Castle and also Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight.

The immediate area offers an abundance of marine wildlife, is recognised as an area of outstanding natural beauty and is well known as a bird sanctuary. There are several fishing boats based in Keyhaven harbour that offer chartered sea fishing, and local sea kayaking from Liquidlogistics.co.uk

Keyhaven benefits from its own historic pub, The Gun, and the village of Milford on Sea but a mile away, provides local shopping. The Georgian town of Lymington can be easily reached, about four miles from Keyhaven. Offering a selection of restaurants and specialist shops., if you are feeling energetic, walk along the coastal path and book a taxi back to Southerly.

The accommodation at Southerly is ideal for families or couples holidaying together. Bright and airey, arranged over three floors with sea views from the upper floors.

Ground Floor The front door leads to a spacious hallway, with cloakroom, kitchen, and double doors to the living room. French doors lead to a the patio garden. Flat screen TV & DVD

First Floor offers a double bedroom, family bathroom and single bedroom.

The top floor; There is one twin bedroom; the two 3ft beds are located along side the bedroom walls so they can be accessed from one side only. Being on the top floor, the sloping ceiling line gives limited head height immediately above the beds.

In addition, there is one single bedroom and a shower room on this floor.

Bed linen & towels provided, could Mums bring their own cot bedding please.

Travel cot, highcahir & stairgate available on request.

Outside Rear patio with garden furniture, BBQ and bike store. To the front of the property there is designated parking for two cars, or one car + 1small boat trailer. Additional parking available in the public car park a few moments walk away.

The rental price is all inclusive and includes bed linen and towels. Dog is by arrangement (Two small breed dogs are accepted, the first goes free, the second dog is subject to a payment of £20) Only dogs aged over two years are accepted at Southerly.
