Location ; A single story attached property set within the New Forest village of East Boldre.
An excellent location, close to Lymington and Beaulieu. Ponies in the lane, within minutes of open forest, a short stroll to the village shop for the morning papers and the Turf Cutters pub for an evening meal and a pint. Hatchet Pond is within easy walking distance, a favourite watering place for the forest ponies and donkeys.

Only 5 minutes drive to the picturesque village of Beaulieu, with lovely river walks and excellent tea shops. The Georgian town of Lymington, with the marinas and a good choice of little shops and restaurants is but a ten minute drive across the forest.

Enjoy a day in the Isle of Wight, with frequent ferry crossings from Lymington to Yarmouth. All newly furnished, the cottage provides an excellent New Forest base. The cottage is to be found at the end of a short gravel lane, bordered by other village properties. The enclosed garden is mainly to the front of the property with parking for two cars on the drive.

Ground floor The front door leads to the hall, with doors to the twin bedroom, bathroom and kitchen diner. A door from the dining area leads through to the sitting room.The main bedroom with en suite shower room are located by a rear lobby ,accessed through the kitchen /dining area.

The sitting room has comfortable sofas, French doors out to the garden and outside seating area, woodburning stove, TV, DVD and CD.

Bedroom two has twin beds and built in wardrobes, with window overlooking the garden.
Adjacent is the main bathroom with tiled floor, bath with shower over.

Bedroom one is situated at the rear of the property has a five foot bed and ensuite shower room.

Outside High gates save the garden from being invaded by the local village ponies, with a gravel parking area, the garden is laid to the front of the cottage, with seating area and BBQ

The owner requests no smoking guests only and regrets no pets

Short breaks are available from November 2rd - February 29th

3 night weekends from Fridays - 4 night midweek from Mondays. (Excluding Xmas & School holidays)
