Fordingbridge and Downton are within a short drive, for local shopping, pubs and restaurants.There are many recreational opportunities close by, Bramshaw & Hamptworth golf courses, horse riding and fishing, bike hire, together with the grand houses of Breamore, Mompesson and Wilton.

Ground floor; The front door leads throught the kitchen / dining area, with oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. The open plan sitting area features a floor to ceiling window, with a feature staircase to access the mezzanine upper floor. Tv,DVD, Freeview Box.

First Floor ; Mezzanine double bedroom with ensuite shower room.

The property is ideally suited just for two, but a sofa bed in the living area provides an extra berth. Considering the layout of open stairs and galleried landing, the owner would like to state that the property is only suitable for babies and children over 12 years of age. Additional person £20.

Outside; There is a private patio with garden furniture and to the side of the property a designated parking space.

Available for short breaks from October to June, subject to availability at other times. Friday start day for a full week stay or long weekend, with Monday start for a midweek break. Please enquire for price & availability at other times.

This accommodation can be combined with The Loft or The Tack room for couples wishing to holiday together.
