Location ; Friday change over day, The Lodge offers simple, rustic style holiday accomodation. Surrounded on all sides by open forest, with privat heated indoor pool, secluded, but within walking distance of the High Corner Inn, twenty minutes drive to the market town of Ringwood and close to many local recreational activities.
To be found at the end of a forest gravel track, a peaceful location within a 25 acre valley. Linwood is one of the more unspoilt and wilder areas of the New Forest, miles of open forest and cycle tracks are accessable just beyond the farm gate.

Located on a New Forest small holding, where the owner lives and breeds her horses and ponies. The Lodge accomodation is entirely self contained and the heated indoor pool is solely for the use of guests and is not shared with the owner. It should be noted that the pool has a uniform depth of four foot.

An ideal spot for nature lovers and walkers, yet only a few miles to the market town of Ringwood, and close to many recreational activities available locally. Fishing on the river Avon, horse riding, golf, water sports and cycle hire.

The property owner & New Forest Living would like parents of young children to consider the suitability of this holiday let, regarding the proximity of an indoor swimming pool and outside garden pools.

There is a small patio style garden to the front of the accomodation. With seating overlooking the fields, perfect for watching the sun go down with a glass of wine. As twilight approaches, deer and foxes can sometimes be seen making their way across the fields.

Ground floor
The main entrance door to the accomodation is accessed through indoor pool area. From the inner hall, there are doors to the cloakroom with basin & wc, a separate pool shower and ground floor twin bedroom suitable for children.

The kitchen area gives access to an back outside patio with seating and BBQ, while the combined kitchen / dining area has views of the owners garden.

Double doors lead in to the sitting room which has a small portable type TV with DVD and an open wood burning fireplace .

There is a separate shared laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.

First Floor
The stair case leads up from the hall to the first floor landing;
The master bedroom benefits from an en suite shower room, 5ft four poster bed, TV and views over the fields to the front of the property.
The second bedroom has two 3ft zip and link beds that can be combined as a large double and an additional single bed for a child.
The third bedroom is for children, with sliding doors that open out on to the landing.
The family bathroom comprises bath, with shower over, wc & basin.

Outside There is a small patio style garden to the front of the accomodation. With seating overlooking the fields, perfect for watching the sun go down with a glass of wine. As twilight approaches, deer and foxes can sometimes be seen making their way across the fields. There is parking for several cars to the front of the property

The owner respectfully requests non smoking guests only. Pets by arrangement only

Bedlinen is supplied, but guests are requested to bring their own personal & pool towels please.
