Location ; Friday arrival day, Waterley forms one of four Victorian terraced cottages that benefit from a forest side location within the village conservation area of Waters Green. Ponies at the gate and views across the green from the cottage windows.

An ideal base for a New Forest break, with the open forest on the door step for rambling and the amenities of Brockenhust village so close to hand. With bike hire, horse riding, and the advantages of a mainline train station, it is possible to have a super holiday without using the car every day.

The coastal town of Lymington ( bus and train connections) and Isle of Wight ferry are within fifteen minutes drive as are Beaulieu and Lyndhurst. For bright lights, the shops and beaches of Bournemouth are accessible either by train or about a fifty minute drive.

Ground floor The front door leads through to a light sitting room which overlooks the green, and separate open plan dining room with cottage style stairs ( straight flight) to the first floor. The galley style kitchen leads from the dining room and the back door provides access to the south facing patio style garden with garden furniture and BBQ.

First Floor The property benefits from a really spacious well fitted bathroom, with shower cubicle, bath, WC and fitted basin unit.

Bedroom one has a five foot bed and forest views from the windows. The second bedroom has two 3ft beds and an attractive beamed ceiling. All beds are made up with sheets and blankets.

Short breaks are available from November 2rd - February 29th

3 night weekends from Fridays - 4 night midweek from Mondays. (Excluding Xmas & School holidays)
