Welcome to the River View Cottage

About this Beaulieu riverside holiday cottage; or tales from the river bank: A romantic and truly unique riverside holiday cottage that's perfect for New Forest honeymoons and  Beaulieu Events, raised on stilts on the banks of the Beaulieu River.

Originally designed to hunker down after a hard day's sailing; now a cosy and luxurious river view cottage just for two. With fabulous far-reaching views from the deck and offering every creature comfort. Chill out and make friends with the wildlife.

A River View Cottage on the Banks of the Beaulieu River

Location;  A truly romantic setting, hidden in ancient woodland with uninterrupted views of the grounds to the tidal Beaulieu River and abundant wildlife. Your holiday home is accessed by a gravel track that leads to the small enclave of riverside properties, secluded but not isolated, and an enjoyable 15 minute stroll to Beaulieu village to pick up the newspapers, or 4 minutes by car.

The river has a life of its own, from the yachts that glide past to the daily chug of the scallop boat making its way upstream.

Want to float downstream? Take the nearby path to Bucklers Hard, a 20 minute stroll, and investigate the end of the river as it flows into the Solent, courtesy of the Swiftsure boat which operates between Easter and October. For the lowdown click "On About the local area" above.
