Location:  In Burley village, 4 miles to Ringwood, 6 miles to Brockenhurst and about a 20 minutes drive to Highcliffe Castle.  Quietly set amongst village cottages that line a network of single track gravel lanes.  The local ponies will keep an eye on your comings and goings, leave the garden gate open for a second and our four legged friends will soon invite themselves in.  Click above to check out "What's on the doorstep".

Mast cottage is a traditionally styled, partly attached cottage.  With quality fittings, spacious and light, this makes an ideal family get together holiday home at all times of year.

Outside:  Fully enclosed sunny garden, cottage style with paved patio area to the rear and lawned area to the front.  One designated parking space with additional parking available further down the adjoining lane.

Forest walking.  Less than a ten minute amble to the open forest, super walks in a variety of settings, from a simple stroll to a serious ramble.

Nearest shop.  Just a few minutes walk to the village shops that include a Post Office and a good village grocery.  Village petrol station.

Nearest little town.  Ringwood, which has a Charter Market on Wednesdays dating back to 1226 about a ten minute drive.

Nearest railway link.  Brockenhurst, about a twenty minute drive.  Trains from Waterloo.

Local eating.  The Queens Head pub and Burley Inn offer food in addition to several cafés.

Recreation.  Hire a bike from the village hire shop, or saddle up for a gentle hack from Burley Manor riding stables.  Golf available at Burley Golf Club - being a forest course, watch out for those ponies on the green.  Fishing at Turf Croft in Burley.

Nearest beaches.  Highcliffe Castle beach, Mudeford, and Avon Beach - all within a half an hour drive.
