How to book
New Forest Living terms of business please read before you book.
To make an online reservation for your cottage choice.
From the Price & Availability Page of your chosen cottage, simply click on the price that corresponds with the dates that you require, up comes BOOK NOW at the top of the page, click and complete the booking form and submit on line please. Please note that until we contact you by phone or email, your reservation is considered as pending. We will call or email you to confirm availability and request either a deposit, or full payment as required that can be paid either by card over the phone or by cheque. We are unable to accept direct payments made by bank transfer.
Making an ‘odd’ booking;
Sometimes, the dates or number of nights you require might not ‘fit’ in to our price & availability calendars. If you could first confirm price & availability with ourselves by phone or email. Upon our confirmation click on Booking form for 'odd' bookings opposite, please complete your details and submit. We will call or email you to confirm availability and request either a deposit, or full payment as required. 5 nights = 80% of the weekly price. 6 nights = 90% of the weekly price.
Paying for your holiday.
Please note that we do not take on line payments. But you can pay by telephone; Ring us on 0845 680 0173. Overseas: +44 (0) 2380 841093 to make an immediate booking by providing a credit / debit card to make either a deposit, or full payment as required. For credit card payments, there is regrettably a surcharge of 1.5%.
Alternatively you may arrange to send us a cheque.
Booking by post; If you would prefer to be sent a booking form, please do let us know and you can return with a cheque or make a telephone payment by card.
