There are 4 ways to book your New Forest holiday cottage

By telephone; Ring us on 0845 680 0173. Overseas. 44 (0) 2380 841093 to make an immediate booking by providing a credit/debit card to make either a deposit, or full payment as required. Alternatively you may arrange to send us a cheque.

To make an online reservation with payment by phone or cheque. From the price & availability page of your chosen cottage,simply click on the price that corresponds with the dates that you require, up comes book now, complete the booking form and submit on line. Please note that until we contact you by phone or email, your reservation is considered as pending. We will call or email you to confirm availability and request either a deposit, or full payment as required.

Making an ‘odd’ booking; Sometimes, the dates or number of nights you require might not ‘fit’ in to our price & availability calendars. If you could first confirm price & availability with ourselves by phone or email. Upon our confirmation click on Booking Form opposite, to complete your details and submit. We will call or email you to confirm availability and request either a deposit, or full payment as required.

Booking by post; If you would prefer to be sent a booking form, please do let us know and you can return with a cheque or make a telephone payment by card.

Making a payment; We accept cheques ( for holidays more than five weeks away) and debit card payments over the phone. For credit card payments, there is a regrettably, a surcharge of 1.5%.

All booking requests ( on completed booking forms)are held for 5 days.( including weekends) If by that time, the required payment has not been received by us, we will assume that you no longer require the holiday and will cancel the reservation. HELD RESERVATIONS. We are able to hold 1 property for a maximum of 24 hours. You may confirm either by phone or email and then proceed to book in the usual way.

The full rent is required for bookings made less than 8 weeks from the holiday start date and for all short breaks. A deposit of 1/3 of the weekly rent is required for bookings made more than 8 weeks from the holiday start date.
