New Forest holiday cottages

Prior to booking, could you please advise us of any circumstances or special requirements that could affect your enjoyment of our properties. We are here to help you make the best choice.
Please view our booking terms and conditions before you book

Making a booking; from the price & availability page of your chosen cottage. Simply click on the price that corresponds with the dates that you require, up comes the booking form, which you can complete and submit on line. We can then call or email you with deposit / payment details.

Making an ‘odd’ booking; Sometimes, the dates or number of nights you require might not ‘fit’ in to our individual price & availability calendars. If you could first confirm price & availability with ourselves and then click on Booking Form opposite, to complete your details and submit.

Booking by post; If you would prefer to be sent a booking form, please do let us know.

Making a payment; We accept cheques and debit card payments over the phone. For credit card payments, there is a regrettably, a surcharge of 1.5%.

We only accept bookings on receipt of a completed booking form and the required payment.

All email and telephone reservations are held for 5 days.
If by that time, no completed booking form & required payment has been received by us, we will assume that you no longer require the holiday and will cancel the reservation.

The full rent is required for bookings made less than 8 weeks from the holiday start date and for all short breaks. A deposit of 1/3 of the weekly rent is required for bookings made more than 8 weeks from the holiday start date.

Confirmation of all bookings will be sent in writing. On receipt of balance and full payments, we will send you a New Forest Visitor Guide, directions to your holiday cottage and access arrangements.
