More than just a holiday home letting agency, New Forest Living aims to bring appreciative guests and owners of quality properties together.  Self catering accomodation is now a significant sector within the hospitality industry and it is set to be an increasingly competitive market. To develop and retain a sizable segment of this market, we seek holiday cottage owners who are able to offer a good location, quality accommodation, combined with a high level of service and hospitality.

Time out for owners
It is your property not ours! There are no penalties for owners private use, no registration fees, non restrictive and rolling contracts with no termination penalties.

Customer care
All points of contact are important from the initial enquiry to the eventual arrival at your property. A warm welcome is essential, so we would ask all our cottage owners to provide a personal welcome either themselves or by their appointed representative. A vase of flowers, tea tray or bottle of wine extends the hospitality and makes for a happy guest.

Standards
Regardless of the age, all prospective holiday properites should provide modern kitchen and bathroom facilities. Your guests will be expecting good quality fittings and furnishings and providing a home from home will be much better appreciated and respected. In our experience, customers are prepared to pay a premium if they are assured of the highest quality accommodation.
