Welcome to our New Forest Living Owners' pages. We aim to bring appreciative guests and owners of lovely holiday properties together. We are always pleased to hear from property owners who are keen to offer quality accommodation combined with a good location.

How much can I earn ? The level of your income depends on a number of factors;

• Location, location, location.
• The number of people your property can comfortably accomodate.
• The quality and general comfort levels that you offer.
• How many weeks you reserve for your own use.
• Do request a personal visit so we can assess the potential. ( obligation free)

Will you handle my turnarounds and manage my property ? Our core activity is selling holiday weeks to maximise your income. We do however work alongside well established, local holiday cottage management teams and will liaise with them in your absence.

Time out for owners
It is your property not ours! There are no penalties for owner's own private use which can include friends, family and existing customer base. We do not require registration fees and can offer non restrictive and rolling contracts without termination penalties. Our web site investment and complimentary photography requires us to request sole agency please, together with a minimum letting period of 20 weeks from May to September. Unfortunately, we cannot accept holiday cottages solely for winter holiday lettings.

Standards
Regardless of the age, all prospective holiday properites should provide modern kitchen and bathroom facilities. Your guests will be expecting good quality fittings and furnishings and providing a home from home will be much better appreciated and respected. In our experience, customers are prepared to pay a premium if they are assured of the highest quality accommodation. We are in the process of arranging for all our properties to be annually inspected and graded to the Quality in Tourism marque.
