We operate as a Holiday Cottage Agency and our commission rates are a reasonable 15% + VAT on rentals that we obtain on your behalf. It is worth remembering that Agents fees are an allowable tax expense against your annual holiday letting income.

Unlike accommodation directories, where there is just a one off annual payment, our income is continually linked to yours, what better incentive in realising as many sales as possible for your holiday let.

• Agency V. Self advertising. If you have thought of handling your own letting programme, you should consider the very real costs of web site production, on going advertising, marketing, promotion and booking administration. Added to which, you will have to be available for customer enquires on a daily basis throughout the year.
• We aim to 'pay for ourselves' by providing you with a service that covers all aspects of successful holiday cottage letting. Excellent web site presentation, high ranking on internet searches, PR and marketing. In addition, a real person at the end of the phone, all your booking paperwork and customer service, emails, telephone and postage, banking charges, card payments and all your rentals paid directly in to your bank account.

The Contractual Commitment
New Forest Living offers a flexible rolling contract that can be re newed on an annual basis. Regrettably, due to our own ongoing search engine optimisation programme, we are unable to co-market with an owners own web site or other on line advertising. Our web site investment and complimentary photography requires us to request sole agency please, together with a minimum letting period of 20 weeks from May to September.
