The Contractual Commitment
New
Forest Living offers flexible rolling contracts that require only
eight weeks notice of termination by the holiday cottage owner.
Our web site investment requires us to request sole agency together
with a minimum letting period of 19 weeks from May to September. Unfortunately,
we cannot accept holiday cottages solely for winter holiday lettings.
Should you wish to terminate your agreement with us after this period, all we
would ask is that you honour any outstanding bookings made by us on your
behalf. There are no penalties for owners private use, the only request is that New Forest Living has primary responsibility for the booking diary. NFLwould take bookings without prior notice to yourself, unless the dates were previously marked as an owner booking.
Tax – furnished
holiday lettings
The commercial letting of furnished holiday accommodation
in the UK is subject to benifical relief in respect of Income Tax and Capitol
Gains Tax. To qualify as holiday accommodation, the property must comply with
certain rules set out by the Inland Revenue. For further information visit
