Internet marketing & New Forest Holiday cottages
Over 65% of the British population now have access to the Internet at home, which has increased
dramatically from only 9% in 1998.
The New Forest Living on line brochure is our ‘Shop Window’ with customers buying
a high value product based only on the quality of our
visual presentation and reassuring telephone customer services .We do not take
on line bookings as such, preferring to match the right holiday
maker to the right property .By providing specialist destination marketing, your New Forest holiday cottage can
appear in the spotlight throughout the year.
Complimentary photography, virtual tours and web inclusion
This is how we sell your holiday home, at no cost to yourself. By putting your cottage interior and location
in a visual context, you are able to attract your best customer. A new property can be swiftly
included at any time of the year.
Booking and payments
We handle all reservations, bookings and payments on your behalf. We specialise
in offering a service to New Forest Holiday Cottage Owners who regard their property as a small business
and aim to be as busy in November as we are in July. There is no ‘ Off
Season’ for us.
Short breaks
The British public now choose more short breaks over a full week stay and with
a certain amount of flexibility, your property can attract bookings from the
end of October to the following Easter by changing the start day to a
Friday and offering a 3 night long weekends with mid week 3 or 4 night
specials.
Achievable rents
Every property has its own individual characteristics and it is our job to find the
right audience for your particular accommodation. We do not apply a formula or banding system
to calculate your rentals, but undertake comparative studies for each individual property.
Our income is linked to yours, so our main incentive is
to maximise your rental return without pricing your holiday cottage out of the market.
