Even if your project is still at the planning stage, we will give you a realistic assessment of the suitability of your property for holiday lets and suggest improvements that would increase the rental potential. When the holiday let is 'ready to go' we will indicate an appropriate rental tariff and give an estimate of the likely annual income you could expect to receive.

We would like to stress that there is absolutely no commitment to New Forest Living until you have proceeded as far as signing our owners’ contract after which point we will arrange the photographer, present your property details on our web site and start to market your holiday cottage.
