On the ground floor there is also a cloakroom for those muddy boots and wet coats.

Upstairs there are two charming bedrooms which both feature wood floors that give them a wonderful feeling of warmth. The master bedroom contains a double bed with a memory foam mattress and there is a single bed nestled into an alcove. The bedroom has an en-suite with a shower over bath. The property’s second spacious bedroom consists of a king-size bed and there is also an en-suite with a large walk-in shower.

Outside there is a charming lawn and patio seating area that’s ideal for a BBQ and al-fresco dining. There is also a stable block at the bottom of the garden that’s available to store bikes.

This is a superb cottage in Sway Village, located in the New Forest near Lymington on the South Coast. The owner has created a prefect property with much thought and as many facilities as you can imagine. The kitchen has enough quality equipment to shame many other places we have been.
