Stylish apartment in the centre of bustling Brockenhurst, in the heart of the New Forest, a great base to explore the delights of the South Coast.

Relax on the roof terrace at this contemporary, Brockenhurst apartment for four and take in the views out over the village, with the canopies of the New Forest in the distance. One four-legged friend is also welcome at this two-bedroom property, which is set above a wine bar and enjoys excellent access to shops and restaurants. Head off on woodland walks and cycle rides from home or simply enjoy some quality time away together.

Climb the stairs up to the loft apartment and discover its open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which leads on to the shared outside terrace. Whip up meals in the kitchen area then dine together at the table inside or out. Throw open the French doors on warm days as you unwind on the sofa and watch a little TV together. Both the bedrooms at the apartment have double beds and have been designed to offer exceptional style and great comfort. The bedrooms share the shower room. Outside, make the most of the very large rooftop terrace; take your coffee out here in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The apartment comes with a permit for one vehicle to park in the nearby car park.

Enjoy being right at the heart of colourful Brockenhurst, where you can shop, dine out and experience village life. Plan trips out into your picturesque surroundings either on foot or by bicycle. Make journeys down to the coast as well: Milford on Sea is 8 miles away and is a great place to swim, surf and paddleboard. Head to Lymington, 5 miles away, instead to wander its charming streets, potter in its shops or even take a ferry over to the Isle of Wight.

Lovely little flat above the Commoners bar. Great location with a few restaurants and pubs nearby with access to nice walks through the new forest. We'd stay again! Thanks.

Fantastic place to stay in Brockenhurst. We stayed last year & we are hoping to book again next year. Accommodation was so comfortable & so close to the forest for walks.

An amazing holiday, the property is above the commoners bar, every night we were in the bar, locals and staff were all friendly, look out for Colin the dog! Parking is easy, two shops near by, very helpful for bits and pieces. Beaulieu close by, which is a nice morning or afternoon out. Breakfast in the patio area was awesome, catches the sunrise, Read moregood place to chill out. Property was clean and tidy, has WiFi from the bar below, clear instructions in the property. Very clean well kept property. Nice and modern and could tell it has been taken care of. Bed was super comfy and was lovely to be able to have breakfast out on the terrace every morning. Would definitely recommend to the point I am planning another stay here later in the year.

I booked this apartment without reading any reviews. Once I read some, I was very apprehensive about noise from the wine bar. There is a little so if you want to have an a siesta it may not suit, but between 11pm and 8.30am its silent. We were there midweek in early February. Otherwise its a lovely place to stay, really clean, quality bedding and tRead moreowels, comfy beds and everything you need from a holiday flat. Fantastic place to stay in Brockenhurst above a wine bar. Accommodation was spotless & up to date. Will definitely stay there again as we could leave our car at the accommodation & walk into the forest.

We had a lovely holiday. Flat clean and spacious and location perfect. Parking no problem with permit provided. Previous reviews did suggest noise from wine bar an issue so we were expecting some noise but we did find that troublesome particularly in the morning when music started at 7am (although quieter at weekend) Purchase of earplugs helped us Read moreto sleep a little longer in morning. 4 star given for comfort as found sofa area a little small. Great apartment with excellent location. Seating area outside gets sun dawn until dusk so spent most evenings sitting out there for dinner. Coop really well stocked amd tesco express too both within 2 mins walk. Bike hire and train station both 10 minute walk away so easy to park car and still get around so many places. Beautiful 2 bed apartment in the centre of Brockenhurst. Clean, modern and very light - highly recommend and will stay again. Great to know dogs can stay too!

Good points- extremely modern interior and appliances. Apartment very clean and tidy when arrived. Owners very helpful Bad points- the wine bar below that sounded more like a nightclub. Music heard over the sound of our own TV that went on until 11pm every night. One afternoon/evening we listened to it constantly for 8 hours.
