Set within a peaceful residential area, this welcoming property is in the ever-popular Mudeford, with enviable access to the beach and the historic town of Christchurch, which offers a great selection of amenities. Why not spend the day crabbing at the nearby quay, or simply relax on the long stretch of golden sand? The border with the New Forest National Park is only 2 miles away, where you can explore a wide network of walking and cycling routes, taking in the spectacular landscape that this area is renowned for. Within 20 miles there are many attractions to explore, including The Sammy Miller Museum, Lymington, Moors Valley Country Park, several golf courses and Beaulieu Motor Museum.

This single storey property is accessed via a welcoming entrance hallway with level access to the door. Once inside you’ll find the cosy bedrooms, a twin and a king-size, both to the left. Straight ahead is the contemporary bathroom, where you’ll find some special features including a TV at the end of the bath, which is sure to help you relax. A stylish lounge/diner with a Smart TV is on the right, with doors leading out into the garden giving a light and bright ambience, this is the perfect space for cosy evenings in. A galley-style kitchen is set to the rear and has all you need to create family meals.

Heading outside via either the lounge or kitchen, there is a fully enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture and a BBQ area where you can add your own disposable BBQ to a brick-built stand. This is another great space to spend lazy days together.

Had a lovely stay at Peregrine Cottage. Very peaceful and very comfortable. 10 minute walk to the beach and Quay. Great base for exploring. Felt very relaxed and "at home" here. We will return. Nice flowers and cake and coffee on arrival.

A great property, thats a perfect size for a family of four. Walkable to restaurants, pubs and the beach, and a great base for exploring the New Forest or Bournemouth. The property has a well stocked kitchen and we appreciated the little thoughts of having drawers secured to walls and child locks on kitchen cupboards (where needed). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. Comfortable and nicely furnished with good WiFi and excellent heating when required.

Lovely bungalow with great facilities. We've rented quite a few properties over the years and this is definitely up there with the best. Lovely bright lounge area. Garden excellent and parking spot on. Ideal for all that is going on at Mudeford. No hesitation in recommending to others and we want to return.

This isn't your usual rental. This was exceptional and very well run. We went in February and rented primarily to use the property as a base to see family. Comfy beds, warm heating, great shower and a seperate bath. This property in summer would be great, with a private flat garden and easy strole to the beach. If you want a Beryl bike or electric Read morescooter, a Beryl bay is only at the end of the road. If it's what your looking for you won't be disappointed by the property or location. Hide
