Property code: OC-87836

Mudeford is a well-connected suburb of ever-popular Christchurch and boasts a fantastic stretch of sandy beach as well as plenty of choices when it comes to dining. Mudeford Quay is well worth a visit or, for a good walk, head to Hengistbury Head (2 miles). Just a mile along the coast is Highcliffe, which is home to Highcliffe Castle, known for its striking Gothic Revival architecture and gardens designed by Capability Brown, which lead to the beach. There are several nature reserves nearby or head to the fragile landscape of the New Forest National Park (1.5 miles). Within 14 miles are many other attractions including the Sammy Miller Museum, Beaulieu Motor Museum and Moors Valley Country Park.

The entrance door gives access into a welcoming hallway with a useful separate WC. The lounge is to the left and has comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a bay window, making this a wonderful space to relax with a good movie after a day of exploring. To the rear of the property is a fantastic open-plan kitchen/diner that overlooks the garden. Flooded with natural light, this sociable space is equipped with a range-style cooker with gas hob and electric oven, an American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. After preparing a delicious evening meal, head to the dining table in the lovely light conservatory with seating for all; on a warm evening open the patio doors out to the garden to bring the outside in. Heading back into the hallway, you will find the staircase rising to the first floor. Here, there are four bedrooms; the first is a double room benefitting from an en-suite shower room and a WC. Next is another double bedroom, then a charming twin room, and completing the bedrooms is a cosy bunk room. The bedrooms share a bathroom, which has a shower over the bath and a WC.

Take the doors from the dining area into the garden, which has a southerly aspect and is fully enclosed. There is furniture and a gas BBQ, so fire up the BBQ on a warm summer's day and enjoy some al fresco dining. The garage also has a long, 7', 3 in 1 games table with pool, air hockey and ping pong. To the front of the property is driveway parking for three cars.  Please note: Stag or Hen parties are not permitted at this property

The property was not properly cleaned. Full of dog hairs that got everywhere and was horrible for a crawling baby. Bath mat was horribly moldy that couldn't use in bath for kids. Kettle was scaled up - had to descale it to use. Funny smell throughout probably because of dog that had stayed there previously. Wouldn't stay again.
