Found in the charming seaside village of Mudeford, this cottage is perfect for long walks along the coast. Guests will be a short 15 minute stroll from the beautiful Avon beach and Friars Cliff. The attractive Mudeford Quay, a great spot for crabbing on the sea wall is nearby too. If a longer coastal jaunt is more your thing, set off west and catch a boat across to the beach-hut lined sand spit, Hengistbury Head and admire the panoramic views along the way or go east to the iconic Steamer Point and Highcliffe Castle. For those who enjoy an active break, there are several watersports schools who arrange kayaking, windsurfing, sailing, speed boating and stand up paddle boarding in the shallow waters of Christchurch Harbour.

The property is set all on one level, offering spacious open-plan living style. The kitchen is modern and bright, perfect for accommodating a family. Bi-fold doors open out from the kitchen, living room, diner on to a well-kept patio area, providing a stylish option for dining alfresco. There is also a separate utility room where you'll find a washing machine, second fridge freezer and space for storing buggies.

The living room provides a calm place to sit back and unwind with lots of gadgets to keep the family entertained including a 47” Sony TV, SkyTV and a DVD player.

The three bedrooms offer a tranquil ambience with a fitting nautical style that includes crispy white linen. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room for convenience. There is also a spacious family bathroom with a bath and shower.

The fully enclosed garden offers plenty of privacy and a peaceful place to soak up the sun. There's also plenty of space on the driveway to store kayaks or dingy trailers. By prior arrangement, there is also storage space in the garage.

Excellent accommodation, a home from home. All mod-cons and everything that you would need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Spotlessly clean. Within walking distance of the beach and close to local amenities, including supermarket and The New Queen pub, which served great food. This is a really lovely place to stay. It's clean and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you could need. The location is perfect, so many places to visit and lovely walks 5 minutes from the house.

Well located and comfortable cottage, easily enough room for the six of us, we were away with daughter and husband and the two grandkids. Useful to have the utility room with the additional fridge and freezer and if wed have been there longer the washing machine and drier would have been used. The Swingball was a fun addition in the garden. Two of Read morefamily are coeliacs and we found gluten free fish and chips shop and a Chinese so we were very happy with Mudeford as a location . Absolutely beautiful house in the perfect location! We walked to highcliffe castle (about 45 mins there and back) and also to the noisy lobster (15 mins) and Mudeford quay (20-25 mins) to go crabbing. We would recommend the ferry over to Hengisbury Head too. We were very lucky with the weather and spent every afternoon enjoying the garden sunshine Read morewhile the kids played swing ball. The bungalow was spacious and well laid out , with the open plan kitchen/ diner/ lounge area perfect for socialising. The whole bungalow was light and airy. Location was great for exploring the area, in a quiet street. Several nearby pubs and shops .

Lovely holiday home, very spacious. The open plan living area was really good and there was a lovely garden. The location was perfect only took a short walk to reach the beach or quay. Mudeford is a great place for a holiday with lots of fabulous walks.

We had a great week at No 21. A perfect location and a well equipped property with loads of space for the family including my two grandchildren. Lots to do locally around Mudeford and Christchurch for all ages.

This is a beautiful bungalow that has everything you might need. It is excellently equiped and the welcome pack is a lovely touch. It's location is perfect for the local beaches which can be walked to in about 15 minutes. Ideal for an early morning walk and coffee from the beach cafe. Wonderful cottage in a lovely location very handy for the beaches.Very impressed that when I pointed out a small problem with the shower it was fixed the same day.
