Stroll through the forest with your four-legged friends, go on an off-road cycle ride, or ride a horse along the coast. In addition, the scenic pebble beach of Milford-On-Sea is a short drive away, where water sports fanatics can kayak and paddleboard. For a more relaxed pace, explore the picturesque villages of the New Forest. After a long day, stroll to the village pub (0.5 miles) which offers gastropub meals. Keep the children entertained by visiting Paultons Park (16 miles) or the New Forest Water Park (19 miles) which is great for everyone!
You will enter this incredible house through the enclosed porch which is the perfect spot to drop off buckets and spades or muddy wellies. Next, you will find the utility area which is equipped with a washing machine, WC and separate shower. Moving through this bright and fresh property, you’ll be met with a stunning staircase and reception area offering extra seating to help little holidaymakers get ready for a day of adventure. To the left, there is the games room featuring a Smart TV, lockable dartboard, bar and pool table that transforms into table tennis, providing entertainment for all ages. To the right of this room, you'll find a dark and comfortable cinema room, equipped with large Smart TV and Xbox games console. This is the perfect spot for older children to play their computer games or grab some popcorn and snuggle down for a quiet time after a long day at the beach. Heading through the house, there is a well-equipped playroom offering an abundance of toys, sensory equipment and books which can be enjoyed whilst the adults socialise or prepare an evening meal. This room leads into the striking, large kitchen/diner which is a wonderfully social space. There is enough room to cook and entertain in this room, with a large island in the middle of the kitchen, a long banquet table and French doors that run all along this room making it a beautiful, bright and airy space. Tucked away at the end of this exceptional room is a gorgeous cosy corner with two deep armchairs nestled by the wood burner for those who might want a moment of evening calm. Heading round into the spacious lounge, there is ample comfortable seating to relax, unwind or enjoy a board game with the whole family. As you move through the house, you’ll find two downstairs WCs, one combined with the utility room. Upstairs is a long hallway accommodating two king-size rooms, one with en-suite shower room and a separate stunning bathroom with a striking roll-top bath and light décor, creating a calming atmosphere. At the end of the hallway, there are a couple of steps leading you to the final rooms on this floor. Here, you will find two double rooms and a family suite featuring a king-size bed and a conjoining room with two twin beds. All bedrooms feature USB plug sockets. The last room is the family bathroom which is complete with a roll-top bath, separate shower and His’n’Hers sinks.
There is plenty to explore outside in the enclosed garden. To the front, laid to lawn, there is a quaint children’s playset complete with a basket swing and trampoline, ideal for those playful summer mornings. In the newly installed covered outside seating area you will find sofas, sink with hot and cold water, fridge, table football, BBQ and a large dining table and to complete the garden you will find giant outdoor games to be played on the front lawn. To the right of the front garden, there’s a hot tub area for you to enjoy as the evening sets in. Finally, around the back of the property, there’s an oasis-like courtyard that has ample comfortable dining furniture which are perfect for al fresco dining.
