Lovely location, ideal annex for 2 people, need to have instructions for the equipment and a welcome pack with leaflets of places to visit would be handy

A very nice conversion/renovation creating a spacial one room accommodation & well thought out with modern furniture & kitchen equipment. There is a heated floor which came on just the one morning which made for a compfy start on the tiled floor. All-in-all, a lovely place to escape to.

We had a great week here. It was a perfect base to see the New Forest at its best and so relaxing. All the facilities were as new and top end. Would like to come here again next year.

Ideal property for holidaying in the New Forest . Wildlife interesting to watch from the doorstep- birds, rabbits, ponies and donkeys .. Excellent pub within walking distance but village shop needs a short car ride. Lymington has a brilliant Saturday market with independent shops . A comfy , Cosy property.

Lovely clean comfortable cottage in an ideal location for visiting the New Forest. It was nice to have the horses and their foals visiting outside the door. Good to have a pub (The Hare and Hounds) that served good food within walking distance of the cottage.

Good location for exploring the New Forest, a comprehensive pack regarding local amenities and how to use the oven and tv would have been useful. Excellent local pub, the Hare and Hounds and nice deli in Sway. Overall the accommodation was disappointing .
