Lyndhurst is known as the capital of The New Forest and is home to a wide range of amenities including cafes, pubs, boutique shops and restaurants. Centrally located on the high street, this property gives the best of both worlds as you can also easily explore the many routes weaving through the New Forest National Park and marvel at this fragile landscape, complete with free-roaming ponies and cattle. Head 9 miles south to the popular coastal town of Lymington and wander around the pretty harbour before taking a boat trip. Within 7 miles are the Beaulieu Motor Museum, Palace House, Bucklers Hard, Reptile Centre and Burley village.

The shared staircase leads to the first floor and the private entrance into the apartment. Motion sensor lighting guides you to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner on your left. This sociable space has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is space to dine just opposite and watch the world go by through large bay windows, overlooking the bustling Lyndhurst high street. Comfortable seating lines one wall and is the perfect place to relax and unwind in front of the Smart TV. Heading back into the entrance hall you will find the two bedrooms. There is a charming bunk room with a small double bed and single bunk over, as well as a spacious king-size bedroom. The bedrooms share the bathroom, which has a shower over bath and WC.

This apartment benefits from allocated parking for one car at the rear of the property. Regret no outdoor space available.

Towels weren't provided on arrival. One window didn't close (in winter!). The windows are single glazing and on a busy A road, the traffic noise was too loud to sleep and uncomfortable temperatures during the night. Owner advised that guests must bring their own hand soap (!). Not enough hot water for a bath or shower. The master bed is a double, nRead moreot a king-size. Not very clean. Lovely apartment well decorated and modern interior. Was a great size and lovely and convenient location great for shops to visit. Car parking was ok we did manage to park outside to unload and reload again with no issues. Building very quite never heard the neighbours there is traffic noise obviously due to location which I was aware of before as Read moreI know the town I wear ear plugs at night anyway so I never heard traffic. The location was great, in beautiful Lyndhurst. Recommend going to La Pergola restaurant for delicious and generous portioned Italian food. The decor of the apartment was modern and quite spacious for a flat. The only downsides were road noise (needs double/triple glazed windows?) and the hot water ran out too quickly so had to space out our showerRead mores. Hide

wasnt cleaned very well main living area had not been hoovered properly, thick dust and hair behind doors, it hadnt been mopped could see paw prints all over wooden floor, sides on furniture were dusty particularly the bay window shelf was hairy . Draws in main bedroom were not used as black hairs in the draws same as the bathroom draw. Location waRead mores great although very noisy with passing traffic late into the night better windows to help with the noise would be a great asset. Hide

Fantastic Flat, really comfortable and really lovely lay out, great caf and the Forge was brilliant, really looked after us. Parking no issue had a good chat with the shop below and all good when sharing. Lovely village, fantastic Ferrari garage on our doors step, wonderful display.
