A picture-postcard property nestled in a rural hamlet just outside the vibrant coastal town of Lymington. Ideally positioned for making the most of the surrounding coast and countryside, the property is brimming with rural charm.

Enjoying a rural position, the property is within easy reach of some of the best things that this area has to offer. The New Forest offers spectacular walking and cycling routes or guests can walk along the coastal path to Keyhaven taking in the breathtaking views as they go. Lymington is only a three mile drive away and boasts various independent shops, wine bars and cafes along its pretty cobbled streets. For those guests who want to stretch their sea legs, a ferry trip to the Isle of Wight from Lymington Marina is a wonderful way to see the beauty of the Solent coastline.

The country chic style of the cottage is apparent the moment guests step through the front door. An inviting country style kitchen diner area has a Rangemaster with a brick surround that provides a central feature to this delightful room. There is a dining area for entertaining and a welcoming lounge complete with an open wood fire set into a brick fireplace that makes the room the perfect spot for a cosy night in.

Upstairs there are three enchanting bedrooms; the main bedroom has a double-size bed, and the second bedroom has a single bed. The third bedroom in the cottage contains two single beds which are zip-and-link so that they can be joined together to create double bed if required. All the rooms are wonderfully spacious and bright. There is a bathroom on this floor with a shower over bath, WC and heated towel rail.

Outside the cottage there is a charming lawn garden with a BBQ area and garden furniture for relaxing outdoors and enjoying some al fresco dining.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
