A delightful semi-detached property with cosy woodburner situated in the heart of the New Forest. A short stroll takes guests’ into the pretty village of Brockenhurst with its various amenities.

 A stroll along country lanes will lead guests of the property to the spectacular woodlands of the New Forest. The village of Brockenhurst is just a ten minute walk away and offers local amenities as well as a train station that takes guests to London in just ninety minutes. The vibrant coastal town of Lymington, with its Georgian high street and various independent shops is a short drive from the property and provides a wonderful place to while away an afternoon in a wine bar or cafe.

The property has a lovely kitchen that is fully equipped and has a Rangemaster that adds to the country-cottage feel of the room. The exposed wood beams in the kitchen continue through into the spacious lounge diner, which is full of light from the windows on each side. There is a dining table for entertaining and a window seat that’s perfect for relaxing with a good book. A traditional woodburner creates a welcoming atmosphere for those cosy nights in. On the ground floor there is also a utility room containing a tumble dryer and washing machine and a downstairs WC.

Upstairs in the property there are three good sized bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom offers delightful views across the countryside and contains a double bed and an en-suite. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom contains a double bed and has built in storage. There is a bright and airy bathroom on this floor with a bath and separate shower.

Outside the property there is a lovely south facing patio area that provides an idyllic spot for unwinding and enjoying some al fresco dining after a day spent exploring the surrounding countryside.

Fabulous location with lovely views of the forest and walks from the front door. The cottage was very well equipped with everything you could need for a pleasant stay.

The cottage was exactly what we hoped it would be. Beautifully presented and in an idyllic position in the forest. It had everything we needed for a wonderful relaxing break in a real home from home.

A lovely aspect overlooking open land. Very central for whatever you chose to do on the day, whether going to the coast or further into the forest. So peaceful and quiet.

A comfortable property in an idyllic position well equipped and having the advantage of good wi-fi and excellent mobile signal, we've stayed there twice which must say something.
