This is a lovely private place to stay with everything you could need. Hosts were very welcoming. The only slight downside, but there is nothing the owners can do about this, is that you cannot walk your dog from the house!

Great location and whilst on property of the owners still feels private. The place was to a high standard and the little touches provided were surprising and appreciated. The only point of note is you arent able to go for a walk from the property due to a main road and no footpath.

A warm welcome form the owners, Liz & John. Well equipped property and basic groceries provided for breakfast. Interior decoration thoughtfully done, well coordinated and very comfortable. Lovely private, enclosed garden area. Ideally situated close to Lymingotn, the beach and forest areas. A real 'home from home'.

Excellent property, very clean and well equipped with everything you can think of. The hosts were very welcoming and provided all essentials for breakfast. There is a decent garden for the dog which is well secured. You do need to get into the car to take your dog for a walk but plenty of excellent walks nearby.

If you’re after a holiday destination which has natural wonders and British tradition in abundance, look no further than the New Forest – a region where beautiful heathland, forest trails and stunning coastline surround quaint villages and market towns.

The National Park is found on England’s south coast, covering the south west of Hampshire but extending into Wiltshire and Dorset. It’s known for its picturesque footpaths and cycle trails, from which you can witness the spectacular sights of deer, ponies and cattle roaming free throughout the ancient woodland.

The villages of Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst and Buckler’s Hard have plenty of traditional, cosy pubs in which you can enjoy some locally-brewed cider or beer. Or, if you wanted something a little livelier, Hythe, Lymington and New Milton run fantastic weekly markets, while the lively city of Southampton is a drive away.

If you prefer coast over country, a visit to the shoreline is a must. Highlights include the Barton-on-Sea cliffs, Lymington Quay, and the Beaulieu River, where adventurous activities including canoeing await. There are plenty of other great things to do, too, with the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu, Breamore House and Museum near Fordingbridge, and Exbury Gardens all found around the region.
