A pleasant detached bungalow which comfortably sleeps four, this property is the perfect base for those looking to explore the diverse landscapes of the New Forest National Park.

Situated in the village of Frogham, the cottage is found in a quintessential New Forest location, where the ponies and donkeys roam freely about the village. You’ll find everything you need in the village for basic amenities without jumping in the car, including a tea room, a village pub and a garden shop. The larger riverside town of Fordingbridge lies just over a mile away, with a larger choice of shops, pubs and restaurants, while Ringwood is also close by. Within a 35 minutes drive are the cities of Bournemouth, Salisbury and Southampton, each with something different to offer. Guests will be sure to make the most of the New Forest on their doorstep, with its choice of unspoilt woodland walks, bike rides and other outdoor activities.

This accommodation is arranged all on one level, and upon entry you will be immediately greeted by entrance hall, leading to the spacious lounge/diner. A large and open space, the lounge has everything you need to relax, including comfortable furniture, a TV/DVD to watch and a hi-fi to listen to. The dining area is found separately, with a dining table large enough for meals for all occasions, and leads through to the sun room. Here there are even more sofas to relax on, while you can enjoy the views looking out to the garden – the sun room also has doors leading outside. The kitchen contains everything that guests may need to fully enjoy their stay, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The property has two double bedrooms, each carefully decorated, as well as a good-sized bathroom with an electric shower over bath and WC, and a shower room with WC.

The pretty garden has to be one of the highlights of this property, and features a patio area complete with seating, perfect for enjoying a drink or meal in the sun. This then overlooks the rest of the garden, laid to lawn with additional seating and a netted water feature as the centrepiece. Ample off-road parking is available.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Please note there is a refundable £100 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

The cottage is very comfortable and very well equiped with lots of crockery, pots , pans etc. Gorgeous position in the New Forest. Plenty of room for the 4 of us (4 adults) Couldn't want for more, PERFECT! The foresters pub is about 50 yards away and offers excellent food and friendly service . We have been coming to Hampshire for the last 25 years and this cottage is up there with the very best, It is ideally situated with good road links to the south coast, the local forest walks and pubs are excellent. The cottage its self is very well equipped and comfortable with a nice contained garden for a dog and has charming owners, the local poRead morenies and donkeys are very friendly. The holiday cottage we chose in the new forest in Frogham was perfect in every way . Very peaceful location to get away from all the hectic way of life for a while. Loved the bungalow and location, just the two of us and our dog Holly.

Very comfortable bungalow. It is right on a cross roads - don't worry there isn't a lot of traffic or noise. The heath is just around the corner, literally, so very convenient for walks. There is a pub just around the other corner to slake your thirst after your walk. Had great shortbreak over Easter 2017. Cottage was very comfortable and although slightly old fashioned we would not change it as it we in keeping with the style of the property and added to its quaintness. Highly recommended
