Set in a leafy position in the quiet coastal village of Keyhaven, this charming Victorian cottage is full of character and ideally situated for visiting the coast and countryside, which are within walking distance. Keyhaven has a pub and pretty harbour with views across the Solent to Hurst Castle and the Isle of Wight. A short walk will take you to Milford-on-Sea, which has a popular beach and a selection of amenities. Nearby Lymington, with its cobbled streets and strong maritime heritage is a haven for water sports enthusiasts and with the New Forest National Park on your doorstep, you will find this picturesque area has an abundance of pretty towns and villages, which are ideal for walking and cycling.

On entering the property, a hallway leads to the bright and airy open-plan lounge/diner/kitchen. This sociable space is the perfect spot to relax with a wood burner, TV and DVD. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The dining area is located near the lounge area, perfect for entertaining. There is a comfy sofa by the double doors, which lets the light flood in and leads to the garden. A WC leads off from the kitchen. Heading back into the hallway you will find the stairs, which lead to the first floor. At the rear of the cottage is a spacious, contemporary bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Two pretty double bedrooms can also be found on this floor, both decorated with care and attention to detail. Heading up another staircase to the second floor, you will find a twin bedroom with restricted head height in some areas.

Venturing outside you will find a private enclosed garden to the rear of the cottage, with a pretty patio and garden furniture. Located directly outside of the kitchen/diner, it’s the perfect spot for enjoying a drink or meal outdoors. A path leads you around to the front of the property which has off-road parking for one car.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
