Loved staying at the Lighthouse with it's beautiful views out over the sea. There's a brilliant selection of toys for children. The house is really well equipped and spotlessly clean.

Just had a really great stay at Lighthouse. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished throughout. The views from the balcony were amazing. It was everything we had been promised and more. The nearby beach was great for swimming at low tide when there was plenty of sand. A five star Holiday!

Lighthouse was quite the nicest, most comfortable and best-equipped holiday house our family has ever stayed in. We greatly appreciated welcoming touches like the home-made cake and jar of marmalade. Seven year old Toby and his four year old brother loved playing with the train track, jigsaws and many other games provided.

If you’re after a holiday destination which has natural wonders and British tradition in abundance, look no further than the New Forest – a region where beautiful heathland, forest trails and stunning coastline surround quaint villages and market towns.

The National Park is found on England’s south coast, covering the south west of Hampshire but extending into Wiltshire and Dorset. It’s known for its picturesque footpaths and cycle trails, from which you can witness the spectacular sights of deer, ponies and cattle roaming free throughout the ancient woodland.

The villages of Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst and Buckler’s Hard have plenty of traditional, cosy pubs in which you can enjoy some locally-brewed cider or beer. Or, if you wanted something a little livelier, Hythe, Lymington and New Milton run fantastic weekly markets, while the lively city of Southampton is a drive away.

If you prefer coast over country, a visit to the shoreline is a must. Highlights include the Barton-on-Sea cliffs, Lymington Quay, and the Beaulieu River, where adventurous activities including canoeing await. There are plenty of other great things to do, too, with the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu, Breamore House and Museum near Fordingbridge, and Exbury Gardens all found around the region.
