Enjoy this stylish property set in the heart of the New Forest, this is the ideal location to explore all the delights on offer on the South Coast.

Have a simply magical time at this luxury lodge for four, set in Brockenhurst, a colourful village in the middle of the beautiful New Forest. Wake up to leafy views from the exquisitely designed, two-bedroom annexe property, which boasts many stylish and contemporary features. Head straight out to go walking and cycling through your forest surroundings or make your way down to the coast.

Wander into this light-filled holiday home to discover open-plan living with a high, vaulted ceiling, picture window and Scandinavian feel. Relax beside the gas-fired, wood burner-style stove and switch on the TV. Cook tasty meals in the kitchen, then sit down together at the table. The main bedroom – which has a zip-and-link, super-king-size bed that can be made up as twins – can be kept open to or closed off from the lounge creating a flexible space. Climb the ladder-style stairs to discover twin beds on the mezzanine level. The welcoming lodge also has a utility area, with a washer/dryer, and a shower room. Throw open the glass doors on warm days to relax outside in the sunshine over dinner or a cool drink. Find allocated parking and an electric car charging point at the property, which is set in the grounds of the owner’s home.

Stroll into the village to go shopping or to dine out. Hire bicycles then choose from myriad lovely trails to follow. Make the 11-mile circular journey to Lyndhurst and back, through spectacular ancient woodland. Drive 5 miles to Lymington to catch the ferry over to the Isle of Wight. Or, have a day at the beach at Milford on Sea, 8 miles away, or Southbourne, 14 miles away.

Enjoyed our stay at Little Bourne, a lovely property in an excellent location, looking out on to the forest. Plenty of walks and cycle paths on the doorstep. Walking distance to the village with many restaurants and pubs, most being dog friendly. Garden area at the front is secure for dogs and provides an ideal sitting area for relaxing & watching Read morethe ponies & wildlife. What a lovely place to stay, in a great location. The owners have thought of every little touch, the place is cosy and beautifully finished. We were very comfortable in the big double bed, and could have sat for days in the armchair staring at the view of the New Forest. We will definitely stay again in the future; thank you. xx

The accommodation has a fantastic outlook and is well located with lots of lovely walks right on your doorstep. Very cosy (we made full use of the gas fire) and was well equipped for all our needs. Highly recommend.

Little Bourne is a little house in an idyllic setting. It is all exceptionally clean, comfortable and attractively furnished. We had a wonderful week here despite the changeable weather. There is plenty to do locally and great places to eat. Sitting in the front window watching the horses and birds was a real treat.

Superb cottage in an absolutely magical location. Little Bourne cottage is a beautifully fitted property with high quality modern furnishings and fixtures and fittings. It has excellent car parking with its own dedicated off street parking space directly adjacent to the property. The location of little Bourne is superb... Up a private track (directRead morely behind the Balmer Lawn Hotel) it has direct/immediate access onto the Balmerlawn enclosure and so offers lots of horse spotting opportunities. Hide

Little Bourne is a very comfortable and well laid out. It is well located and so much to see either walking or just a short drive away. As the weather was very wet, we appreciated being able to keep warm and dry! We loved the view from the windows and watching the ponies, birds and squirrels. I stayed here with my partner and our dog for three nights and it was brilliant. the lay out and design of the cottage is fantastic and its very cosy and inviting, its very well equipped in the kitchen and throughout. A perfect little luxurious place to get away in the centre of the New Forest. Really comfy bed! One of the best places weve ever stayed. Just be aware that the oven isnt a standard oven. It can be used as a convection or microwave but doesnt have space/shelves for standard oven cooking. Lots of lovely places to eat out nearby though!

This cottage is the perfect location and home away from home it is so peaceful and relaxing. The new forest is at your doorstep. The setting of the annex couldnt have been in a more perfect position, its down a private gravel drive shared by about another 5 properties overlooking the common and forest. in Brockenhurst. The quality of the annex inside and out is excellent.

We had the most incredible week at Little Bourne in October 2022! The standard of finish is top quality, location amazing and nothing is too much trouble for Clare. The property was very well equipped for us, our dog and our 7 month old daughter. We wont hesitate to return!

An absolute gem of a place. Top quality fittings and a fabulously comfortable bed with super soft bed linen. The view was that of a David Attenborough documentary, ever changing wildlife. Highly recommend this place and one we will definitely revisit.

Fantastic location in the New forest, the owners are on hand should there be an issue, but the property is perfect in every way , Balmer Lawn is next door ,and short walk into Brockenhurst, with its lovely restaurants and pubs. Second year that we've stayed and we enjoyed is even more than last time. So much so that we have booked again for next year. The location is fantastic, being so close to the Balmer Lawn Hotel that allows dogs is a great addition added to the fact that the accommodation is top quality and the owners are very friendly and helpful.

Well appointed studio with a stunning view of the Forest which was wonderful to wake up to. Very helpful owners & a very comfortable & relaxing place to stay. Claire and Jerry are very welcoming and thoughtful. Little Bourne is in the perfect location for the New Forest.The property itself was very comfortable and modern with lots of plus points.No reason to stay anywhere else for a New Forest holiday.

A beautiful place to stay, there is no expense spared in the quality of the fixtures and fittings. We even ordered a couple of sets of the plates that were there, as they were lovely. The location is perfect, walkable to the shops restaurants, watering holes and the forest is literally on the doorstep.

Wow! The location of this accommodation is incredible, its so quiet and just forest and horses outside. The cottage is done out to a high standard, loved the supply of shampoo, washing up liquid etc being provided. There is no oven but the combi oven is great at cooking pizzas! I was concerned at the size for a family of 4 (9 & 10 year old) but it Read morewas perfect, the kids loved the mezzanine level, its very compact up there but they already want to go back.
