Prepare meals for your party here and then serve them up in the open-plan lounge/diner, where there are doors on to the garden. Relax on the sofa to watch the Smart TV. The family bathroom, with shower over the bath, and all the bedrooms are off the hallway. There is a bunk room with small doubles, plus two king-size rooms, one with an en-suite shower room. Relax out in the lawned garden on warm days or wander straight out into the forest from the property. Find ample parking for several cars on the driveway.

Have a day out to Bournemouth, 14 miles away, or catch the ferry over to the Isle of Wight from Lymington, 10 miles away.
