Situated within the picturesque village of Brockenhurst, this stylish apartment is the perfect retreat for couples looking for a stunning blend of country and coast.

The vibrant village of Brockenhurst, in the centre of the New Forest National Park, provides guests with the ideal location to explore both the wildlife and woodlands of the New Forest, along with providing easy access to some of the South Coast’s most popular beaches and coastal hot spots. The village itself possesses a fantastic range of pubs, restaurants, shops and cafés, whilst it is also incredibly easy to hop on a train or take the short drive to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Bournemouth and Sandbanks, under 22 miles away. Additionally, just 5 miles away from the apartment is Lymington, from which guests can take the short crossing over to the ever-popular Isle of Wight for a day of adventure.

The apartment is perfectly located in central Brockenhurst with a host of amenities right on the doorstep. After entering the property through the shared hallway entrance, you can continue through to the ground-floor apartment on your left-hand side. Make your way to the chic open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which is bright and airy with the large windows allowing sunlight to beam through into the apartment. The modern kitchen has everything you need including an electric oven with gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer. In the lounge space there is a lovely dining table seating two with ease and an additional bench enabling an extra two to dine if required. There is a comfortable sofa which can be made into a sofa bed (sleeping one adult or two children) and a Smart TV too, creating the perfect combination to enjoy a movie night in after a day exploring the New Forest. Situated just off the kitchen is the bathroom, complete with a shower over the bath and WC. Completing the apartment space is the bedroom which has a king-size bed and ample wardrobe space.

This apartment has its own private terrace space with outdoor seating, an ideal spot to sit with a cup of coffee at breakfast and plan the day’s events ahead. There is also one allocated parking space.

What a wonderful property. In a quiet area close to the village center it is clean, comfortable and has all the facilities you need for a great stay in the center of the New Forrest. We will be back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely stylish apartment and found everything to a very high standard. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with parking for us and our visitor. Just a minutes walk to the High St for shops, cafes and takeaways. A perfect position for a visit to the New Forest.

We have stayed at Little Hayters twice, and think it is the perfect base to explore the New Forest. The location in Brockenhurst is perfect (especially as we dont have a car), being close to the station, cycle hire, supermarkets and cafes, yet is completely quiet and peaceful. Had a lovely week in Little Hayters, the apartment was smart and contained everything you could possibly need. Very short walk to the excellent local shops cafes and bar but couldn't hear that traffic in the apartment. The bench seat on the terrace outside was sheltered from the sun, and rain, view not great but the large trees at the edge of the sRead moreite gave protection from any traffic noise and were always full of birds especially a lovely blackbird who sang all day. Spotlessly clean comfortable apartment. Great location and having a parking spot was amazing. Owner is extremely helpful too and very quick to respond to questions. I had jet lag so wasnt really functioning too well when I arrived! Lovely apartment and lovely area.

We had a long weekend staying at this apartment, it was really clean, very comfortable and in an excellent location. The owner was really helpful and answered any messages very quickly. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

We had a very comfatabke stay at Little Hayters and Clare was the perfect host. The apartment is at the top end of brilliant with everything you'd expect in a modern apartment. The location and village is just perfect as are the locals. Superb.

We loved our stay at the apartment. The location is perfect for exploring the New Forest without a car - we arrived by train and rented bikes. We appreciated being so close to the high street with the grocery shops, whilst still be very quiet and peaceful. Everything in the apartment seemed high quality and new. A lovely apartment in a very convenient place in Brockenhurst . Close to transport links , bus and train , restaurants , pubs , shops and cafes. The cavities in the apartment were great and the bed was very comfortable. All in all an excellent well presented apartment .

Lovely accommodation in a great location with parking. Had everything we needed for our stay, the property was clean and very well maintained. Communication before we arrived was good with clear instructions and local information. Would definitely stay again if we were in the New Forest and would definitely recommend.
