Walk along to Mudeford Quay or take a trip to the New Forest National Park, where you can explore a wide network of walking and cycling routes, taking in the stunning landscape that this area is renowned for. Or perhaps indulge in a spot of retail therapy and head to Bournemouth, where you will find traditional amusements as well as a bustling high street.

On entering the detached property, you are met with a welcoming central hallway, leading firstly to the open-plan lounge/diner. This bright and airy room is south facing, with doors opening on to the garden, a wood burner and a Smart TV, making it the ideal spot to unwind after a day spent exploring. Just next door is the contemporary kitchen, which is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Amazing cottage with everything you would need. Close to the beach but not so close as to be busy. Ill be going back.

If you’re after a holiday destination which has natural wonders and British tradition in abundance, look no further than the New Forest – a region where beautiful heathland, forest trails and stunning coastline surround quaint villages and market towns.

The National Park is found on England’s south coast, covering the south west of Hampshire but extending into Wiltshire and Dorset. It’s known for its picturesque footpaths and cycle trails, from which you can witness the spectacular sights of deer, ponies and cattle roaming free throughout the ancient woodland.

The villages of Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst and Buckler’s Hard have plenty of traditional, cosy pubs in which you can enjoy some locally-brewed cider or beer. Or, if you wanted something a little livelier, Hythe, Lymington and New Milton run fantastic weekly markets, while the lively city of Southampton is a drive away.

If you prefer coast over country, a visit to the shoreline is a must. Highlights include the Barton-on-Sea cliffs, Lymington Quay, and the Beaulieu River, where adventurous activities including canoeing await. There are plenty of other great things to do, too, with the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu, Breamore House and Museum near Fordingbridge, and Exbury Gardens all found around the region.
