Book a stay at this handsome holiday home in the village of Sway, deep in the New Forest. Welcoming four guests, plus one canine companion, this two-bedroom cottage has been beautifully renovated to create accommodation that is light and airy. Definitely recommend to a friend. Lovely places to visit nearby (esp Lymington and the Solent Way towards Bournemouth). The Pig was just a short drive away with amazing food.

A lovely cottage, well appointed, homely and really nicely placed in Sway. Just down the road are a lovely coffee shop, butchers and convenience store. The location is very central for the New Forest too, everywhere seemed very accessible within 15-20mins. Would definitely come back, our kids loved it, especially the garden!

The cottage was beautifully turned out and was faultless, the photographs did it justice. It was in a fantastic location and great for getting out and about either by car or bicycle. We would definitely come back to stay and would recommend it to friends and family. T

We spent a lovely week in this cottage which has everything you might need for a comfortable holiday. Location is perfect for walks in the New Forest and short trips to the seaside. Walking distance from local pub where we enjoyed lunch in the pub garden. The gated garden at the property is ideal for dogs.

Oxford Cottage is a well thought out, comfortable newly furbished Cottage. On a cold evening we tried the heating which would help to make a late autumn stay cosy. Sway is a very good centre to explore the New Forest. We would have no hesitation to go back again.

This is a super clean and well equipped cottage. Very safe as the back garden and front garden are both fully enclosed and can be gated shut, and if you have little kids the combined long kitchen lounge is great for supervised play space. If you’re after a holiday destination which has natural wonders and British tradition in abundance, look no further than the New Forest – a region where beautiful heathland, forest trails and stunning coastline surround quaint villages and market towns.

The National Park is found on England’s south coast, covering the south west of Hampshire but extending into Wiltshire and Dorset. It’s known for its picturesque footpaths and cycle trails, from which you can witness the spectacular sights of deer, ponies and cattle roaming free throughout the ancient woodland.

The villages of Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst and Buckler’s Hard have plenty of traditional, cosy pubs in which you can enjoy some locally-brewed cider or beer. Or, if you wanted something a little livelier, Hythe, Lymington and New Milton run fantastic weekly markets, while the lively city of Southampton is a drive away.

If you prefer coast over country, a visit to the shoreline is a must. Highlights include the Barton-on-Sea cliffs, Lymington Quay, and the Beaulieu River, where adventurous activities including canoeing await. There are plenty of other great things to do, too, with the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu, Breamore House and Museum near Fordingbridge, and Exbury Gardens all found around the region.
