With the New Forest on its doorstep, with this beach house there is something for everyone to enjoy. From keen walkers and cyclists exploring the beauty of the New Forest to enjoying a round of golf at one of the UK’s most scenic golf courses in Barton on Sea. You’re within walking distance to the local pub and a Spar shop, but don’t worry if you arrive without having stopped for your essentials as the owner has left a thoughtful selection of welcome pack items for your arrival. Take a short stroll to the coastline and discover the beautiful beach or during peak season, an open top bus will allow you to sightsee the delights of the New Forest almost from your door.

A modern seaside themed beach house, offering you all you’ll need to enjoy a holiday down on the South Coast. With a comfy double bed, ideal for couples, the beach house benefits a well-equipped kitchen with electric combi microwave oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment and a washing machine with drying facilities outside. The contemporary shower room with shower and WC sits just off the kitchen. In the lounge you will be kept entertained with a TV/DVD, perfect for catching up on your favourite programmes, there is the perfect space within the beach house to enjoy seating overlooking the pretty front garden, to sit and take in the views or simply chill out with a good book. You could even partake in a little glass of wine watching the sun set.

Venture out through the patio doors and you are welcomed into a tranquil space with the property’s enclosed patio overlooking the pretty front garden, shared with the main house. There is allocated parking for one car within the grounds.

If you’re after a holiday destination which has natural wonders and British tradition in abundance, look no further than the New Forest – a region where beautiful heathland, forest trails and stunning coastline surround quaint villages and market towns.

The National Park is found on England’s south coast, covering the south west of Hampshire but extending into Wiltshire and Dorset. It’s known for its picturesque footpaths and cycle trails, from which you can witness the spectacular sights of deer, ponies and cattle roaming free throughout the ancient woodland.

The villages of Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst and Buckler’s Hard have plenty of traditional, cosy pubs in which you can enjoy some locally-brewed cider or beer. Or, if you wanted something a little livelier, Hythe, Lymington and New Milton run fantastic weekly markets, while the lively city of Southampton is a drive away.

If you prefer coast over country, a visit to the shoreline is a must. Highlights include the Barton-on-Sea cliffs, Lymington Quay, and the Beaulieu River, where adventurous activities including canoeing await. There are plenty of other great things to do, too, with the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu, Breamore House and Museum near Fordingbridge, and Exbury Gardens all found around the region.
