This charming coastal property is just a short walk from the beach and offers beautiful sea views. With lots of space, it's the perfect property for families looking to explore the New Forest National Park.

Situated just outside the village of Milton-on-Sea, the property is nestled in the coastal hamlet of Keyhaven complete with its own historic pub which makes a great spot for relaxing after a day spent on the beach. The nearby vibrant and bustling town of Lymington is a wonderful place to meander through the cobbled streets and various independent shops. Walkers and cyclists can head into the New Forest which is within easy reach of the property, and enjoy the extensive trails through the beautiful landscape.

Entrance to the charming property is via a spacious hallway and a cloakroom, which provides great storage for those sandy flip flops, buckets and spades. The property has a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a dining area that’s perfect for entertaining and enjoying some local fish and chips. The lounge is a bright and spacious room that’s great for curling up and watching a DVD after a day spent in the fresh sea air. Double doors lead from the lounge through to the patio seating area, which is a lovely spot for al fresco dining or relaxing in the sunshine.

Stairs lead up to two bedrooms, one of which contains a double bed and the other a small single. There is also a bathroom on this floor. Another flight of stairs leads up to the second floor and two further bedrooms. A bedroom with charming sloping ceilings contains two single beds and has a lovely cosy feeling from the eaves of the house. The property’s fourth bedroom is a cosy single bedroom and there is also a bathroom.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Reasonably sized house best suited to 5 people rather than 6. Good location close to pub but not noisy and in a great position for walking the Keyhaven nature reserve and for walks into Milford which its range of pubs, restaurants and small shops. Small courtyard garden which must be nice in good weather.

It was lovely we had a brilliant stay in a well equipped clean cottage. We enjoyed the walks - To Lymington and Milford, the castle, Burley for biking. Christchurch and Avon Beach all less than 30 minutes away.

Very good, we have used the site on a number of occasions and have always been very satisfied. We love Lymington and the coastal walks. Enjoyed Hurst Castle and Isle of Wight and enjoyed many local eateries! Fabulous cottage, the position in Keyhaven was perfect. Throughly enjoyed the walks on the door step!
