This charming property embraces inverted living to make the most of the space and surrounding area. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms; a bright and airy double bedroom and a second bedroom with a twin bed. There is a utility room on this floor for those wet beach towels and sandy flip flops.

Upstairs there is a delightful open-plan living space with light that streams through the floor to ceiling windows. A well-equipped kitchen contains everything for cooking up the catch of the day and there is a breakfast bar for relaxed dining. For more formal entertaining, there is dining area with an expandable  table that seats eight. The lounge area provides the perfect spot for relaxing and watching a DVD on one of the sofas after a day spent on the beach.

Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, one of which is an impressive master. Sloping ceilings and large windows give this double bedroom a wonderful sense of space and character, and an en-suite with a bath and shower completes this charming room.
