Located close to Lymington's historic quay, this stylish holiday home boasts oodles of space for a family gathering. Stroll the coastal path to Keyhaven and explore the New Forest just 10 minutes away.


The vibrant town of Lymington is a gentle stroll from the property. Guests can spend an afternoon meandering along the cobbles of the historic Georgian high street, exploring the various independent shops. Spend a relaxing evening by the quay or on one of the lovely beaches that are just a short drive away and provide an excellent spot for enjoying some local fish and chips. The outstanding natural beauty of the New Forest is within easy reach, and its picturesque villages and local pubs are definitely worth a visit.

This charming property embraces inverted living to make the most of the space and surrounding area. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms; a bright and airy double bedroom with one bathroom, and a second cosy bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed underneath.There is a utility room on this floor for those wet beach towels and sandy flip flops.

Upstairs there is a delightful open-plan living space with light that streams through the floor to ceiling windows. A well-equipped kitchen contains everything for cooking up the catch of the day and there is a breakfast bar for relaxed dining. For more formal entertaining, there is a dining area with a table that seats eight. The lounge area provides the perfect spot for relaxing and watching a DVD on one of the sofas after a day spent on the beach.

Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, one of which is an impressive master. Sloping ceilings and large windows give this double bedroom a wonderful sense of space and character, and an en-suite with a bath and shower completes this charming room. The fourth bedroom doubles up as a study and contains a single bed with a pull-out bed underneath.

Outside there is a lovely small decking area with sun loungers for relaxing outdoors.
