A delightful converted church house situated in the centre of the pretty town of Lymington. Original features throughout this property give it a wonderful sense of character and charm.

Enjoying a central position in the lovely Georgian town of Lymington, you will be within a short stroll to the quayside and the cobbled streets oozing with character, offering bars, quirky restaurants, galleries, gift shops and one not to be missed the ever popular Saturday market. For the more adventurous why not visit Lymington Sea Water Baths and make a splash, they offer a menu of activities for a splendid afternoon of fun. Spend a relaxing evening sitting by the quay enjoying a drink and watching the sun go down over the Solent. Pack a picnic and make your way around the pretty villages and explore the spectacular views of The New Forest.

Stepping through the original arched doors of this uniquely converted church house, guests to the nave are welcomed into an array of charm starting with the oak floored hallway and cloakroom that provides an ideal place to keep those muddy boots after a day spent walking in The New Forest. A spacious kitchen diner complete with Neff appliances, is a great entertaining space and is fully equipped with all the essentials, ready to cook up some fine local produce. Across the hallway there is a delightful lounge area with wonderfully high ceilings that create a real sense of space. On the ground floor there is also a cosy pod bedroom with a double bed.

The beautiful oak staircase leads upstairs to the eaves of the property and two bedrooms both feature original wood beams that give the rooms a wonderful stylish character. The first bedroom with en-suite shower room contains bespoke furnishings including a king-size sleigh bed, which provides a striking central feature to the room. The second spacious bedroom also contains a king-size sleigh bed, along with a single bed. On this floor you will also find the family bathroom with a shower over the bath. This room has spectacular large arched windows giving it a bright and airy feel.

Just outside of the front door you will find a gated access to a small lawned garden with patio seating perfect for a spot of alfresco dining and relaxing after a day spent exploring this unique area.

The Nave is a lovely conversion that has a fantastic location on the edge of town. It has been tastefully decorated and has a modern feel. Due to its location traffic can be a bit noisy.
