A short drive takes guests to the bustling town of Lymington where an afternoon is best spent meandering through the various independent shops, cafes and bars. For those wanting to stretch their sea legs they can take a ferry across to the Isle of Wight and enjoy spectacular views back across the Solent. The property is close to a number of golf courses, perfect for a round of golf amidst the beauty of the New Forest.

The property has a charming lounge diner, which is a great space for unwinding and watching a DVD after a day spent on the golf course. Wood floors and an open fire (for decorative use only) add to the cosy charm of the room which benefits from large windows, ensuring the room is bright and airy. The cottage is perfect and is very well equipped. We are a family of four, we took our bicycles and plenty of walking equipment. The cottage has plenty of outdoor facilities that allows you to deal with this. This is a superb cottage and was ideal for the three of us, it is clear from the outset the owner has really thought about what people want as it is so well equipped the WiFi and TV box were a lovely addition as the evenings get darker. This cottage is in a perfect location..5 min walk from the Main Street of shops/and restaurants. And also a lovely walk where many horses can be seen. The interior was stunning, and the facilities for self catering perfect. Just what we needed for our first family holiday, with our new born.

Ivy Cottage is perfectly situated for exploring the New Forest. It is a comfortable, well appointed home, with a lovely garden. Lyndhurst township is only a small walk away, with a handy supermarket and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

This small cottage is perfect for couples; 4 adults or small families. It is fully equipped and has been very tastefully decorated. The garden is a super little oasis and the cottage location is ideal for exploring the New Forest area.

Beautiful cottage in a fantastic location. Located in a quiet residential road with a lovey 10 minute walk into the town. Ivy cottage (also known as The Little Cottage) has been very tastefully dressed, lovely clean bedding and a good powerful shower which made for a very pleasant stay. The cottage garden is lovely. Highly recommended.

The cottage was lovely and suited our needs perfectly. Very nice welcome from the owner who provided wine and chocolate cake! Lovely cycling near Burley and great day out at Paultons Park. Lots of very nice pubs and restaurants close by.
