The "Perfect Retreat". Warm, cozy, and welcoming. Every detail well thought out. Candles (battery), lighting, fleece throws, etc, all created such a relaxing ambiance. The lovely welcome pack was much appreciated. Great location in the forest and close to the coast which enabled us to enjoy varied walks and nature. A thoroughly enjoyable break.

Lovely cabin and getaway with a nice welcome hamper and private hot tub to relax in. Very cosy and warm and near to nice walks, beaches and stuff to do. Would say if you have small dogs - the area is not fully enclosed so cant leave them to roam. A little pricey but putting that down to covid and UK staycation times.

I told the owner I was not going to write a review, the reason, I dont want anyone to know it exists, I want it all for myself. It was perfect In Every way.. the scones, cream. fresh bread on arrival, the little container of dog treats to the array of equipment in the boot room. It was delight to stay and I will go back.

If you’re after a holiday destination which has natural wonders and British tradition in abundance, look no further than the New Forest – a region where beautiful heathland, forest trails and stunning coastline surround quaint villages and market towns.

The National Park is found on England’s south coast, covering the south west of Hampshire but extending into Wiltshire and Dorset. It’s known for its picturesque footpaths and cycle trails, from which you can witness the spectacular sights of deer, ponies and cattle roaming free throughout the ancient woodland.

The villages of Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst and Buckler’s Hard have plenty of traditional, cosy pubs in which you can enjoy some locally-brewed cider or beer. Or, if you wanted something a little livelier, Hythe, Lymington and New Milton run fantastic weekly markets, while the lively city of Southampton is a drive away.

If you prefer coast over country, a visit to the shoreline is a must. Highlights include the Barton-on-Sea cliffs, Lymington Quay, and the Beaulieu River, where adventurous activities including canoeing await. There are plenty of other great things to do, too, with the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu, Breamore House and Museum near Fordingbridge, and Exbury Gardens all found around the region.
