Situated in the picturesque village of Beaulieu, this elegant property is nestled amidst countryside and quaintness. Guests can hire kayaks and head down the river or enjoy a peaceful stroll along the river banks. Positioned just a short drive from the Solent coastline, this luxurious property is an excellent choice for those wanting to explore the beauty of this area. The vibrant town of Lymington is an excellent spot for an afternoon spent meandering through the independent shops and along the cobbled streets before heading to one of the town’s lovely cafes.

An enchanting property constructed from the stone of Beaulieu Abbey, this property is inviting from the moment guests set eyes on it. A delightful country style kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials and there is a lovely farmhouse dining table for entertaining. Exposed wood beams add to the charming character of the room. An archway leads through to the lounge area which is a wonderful space for relaxing in front of the woodburner after a day spent out on the river. Double doors lead out into the garden and ensure that the lounge is lovely and bright. On the ground floor there is also a shower room which is perfect for washing off sandy feet after a day on the coast.

Upstairs there are three lovely bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a double zip-and-link bed and an en-suite with a roll top bath and shower. A feature fireplace adds to the character of this delightful room. The property’s second bedroom is a good size and also has a feature fireplace and contains a double zip-and-link bed. The third cosy bedroom consists of two twin beds and there is a main bathroom on this floor which contains a shower.

The property’s delightful garden is sited where the monks of Beaulieu’s 13th century monastery originally had their hop garden. A large lawn with a BBQ and garden furniture provides a lovely space for those restful summer evenings. An intimate courtyard patio area is located to the side of the property and is a perfect spot for enjoying a morning cup of coffee.

Saddlers is a beautiful cottage. All the equipment is of a very high standard. The beds are extremely comfortable in very spacious bedrooms. Good wood burning stoves with a great supply of logs. The garden is lovely, we will certainly book again in the Summer months to enjoy the garden.

The Saddlery was the perfect cottage and so characterful. Situated on the high street of this gorgeous little village, opposite a lovely cafe and the ice-cream shop, everything we needed was close at hand. And the morning visits from the village donkeys were highly entertaining.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Saddlery, the house was spotless, beautifully styled and had everything you could possibly need. The car park isnt too far away and there were always plenty of spaces. There are lots of activities nearby and the garden was ideal for dining and relaxing in.

Beautiful property, superb location, lovely garden We fell in love with The Saddlery. And don't worry about the parking, plenty of space in the allocated car park opposite the garden centre.

The Saddlery is a lovely, quirky cottage with super amenities right in the heart of Beaulieu, which is a delightful little village. The property is warm and cosy, has very comfortable beds and super showers. We found the cottage both comfortable and cosy which was lovely for our winter break. Was very conveniently situated and ideal position for dog walking. Very friendly cafe across the road which did great breakfast. We had a very enjoyable holiday.
