Self-catering holiday accommodation in Fordingbridge

Fordingbridge is a small town at the northern edge of the New Forest on the banks of the River Avon's Hampshire stretch, close to the larger town of Ringwood. Made extra memorable by its medieval bridge and its smuggling heritage dating back centuries, there's plenty to enjoy here. A riverside pub is the focal point of the small town and worth a visit. Fordingbridge is also known as being the home of late artist Augustus John, for whom a statue was made. There are nature havens and cycleways here, and a trip to Rockbourne Roman Villa is a definite must. Fordingbridge is great for access to the National Park, and the south coast.
